In honour of International Women’s Day, 2023, New Media Gallery is pleased to post a one hour Artist Talk by Diemut Strebe. This Keynote Artist Talk was given as part of our ongoing educational partnership with Simon Fraser University - School of Interactive Arts and Technology, it was delivered on November 18, 2022 via zoom from Boston. Diemut Strebe was part of the Mouthpiece exhibition curated by New Media Gallery, with her AI installation The Prayer, 2020. In this Talk, Diemut Strebe speaks on three key works ; The Prayer (2020) , El Turco (2022) and Sugababe (2014-2020).
